A. The answer depends on you age. If you are between the ages of 8 and 70 years toileting every 3-4 hours during the day and sleeping through the night is considered normal. It is normal to toilet more often as you age, between ages 70 and 85 it is normal to toilet every 2-3 hours during the day and get up 1-2 times per night. After age 85 it is normal to toilet every 1-3 hours during the day and get up 2-3 times per night.
